DTN COMMENTS: The cattle complex is trading higher as traders 
and cattlemen alike take note of the positive comments made 
by Ag Secretary Brook Rollins in an interview on Tuesday. 
Bids are on the table in Kansas at $215 but no new sales have 
been reported yet.
On Tuesday, some trade developed in the North at $330, which 
is $15.00 lower than last week's weighted average. Although 
there's not been many cattle traded in the South, a handful 
of deals were marked at $215, which is $7.00 to $9.00 lower 
than last week's weighted average.
Midday beef cutouts were mixed, Choice down $1.45 at $368.64
And Select up $2.55 at $358.48. Load count: 75.90 choice 
cuts; 10.97 select cuts; 12.76 trimmings; 14.74 ground beef.
