DTN COMMENTS:   A few bids are now on the table in parts of Nebraska, but 
so far, they are being passed. Asking prices remain very elusive at this 
point. Significant trade volume will likely be delayed until sometime 
Thursday or Friday. 

Beef cutouts are higher at midday (choice 388.83 +0.78, select 380.37 
+1.79) with light to moderate box movement (40.57 lds of choice cuts, 
4.68 lds of select cuts, 2.56 lds of trim, and 4.11 lds of ground). Live 
cattle futures at this time are sharply higher, while feeder issues are 
sharply to significantly higher.
